Life. It Has A Way of....

Well, I'm giving this a shot.

Cause, why not?

I guess this is where I say something about myself. Okay. I'm a Gen-X'er that's caught between caring for a Boomer parent (boomer as in age, not attitude) and being there for my millennial kids. I work, but not sure for how long now as I'm getting fed up. My hubs works in an industry that has kept him traveling for over 30 years now. I stayed home with my kids because of this, so I could be there for them and I have no regrets. It allowed me to study and learn all the skills I have now (which, at my age are now almost obsolete, due to the crazy amount of technological evolution!) and be able to put it to good use.

I started out over 22 years ago building websites because I wanted a place to house my writing, since writing blogs weren't a thing then. Then I got into graphic design because....hey I like being creative and Photoshop was a new, fun tool. Now, as I approach the point in which I may be leaving my paid job, I need to go back to my roots - creating.

So, that's why I'm here.

Be prepared for weirdness extraordinaire cause I have a bit of everything going on in my head. Fantasy, fiction, graphics and real life posts will be part of the daily. At least for the foreseeable future. Hang on for the ride!
